UMF has finally arrived in Europe and UMF Poland has announced the preliminary lineup for this massive event on July 13th and 14th in Warsaw, Poland. UMF Miami has become legendary among dance music fans for its gigantic stage setups, the best DJs in the world united in one place and performing on multiple stages from noon until midnight, special guest appearancesMadonna even hopped on stage this year in Miami and top-of-the-line lighting and audio effects. This year over 200,000 music lovers from just about every EDM sub-genre made the pilgrimage to this epic music festival in Miami, and UMF Poland has every intention of making the Warsaw experience every bit as memorable with mind-bending music, surprise guests, great pre- and after club parties, star-studded allure and two nonstop days of dancing!

UMF goes Warsaw: A host with premium credentials
Warsaw is a boomtown when it comes to all-night parties, glamour and excitement with a nocturnal nightclub scene that caters to just about every taste – at prices far cheaper than the likes of London and Moscow. The two-day UMF Poland event will be located at the Hippodrome, an easily accessible racetrack that offers twice the space than the Bayfront Park, where UMF Miami was held in March of this year. A popular concert venue, the Hippodrome has also played host to Poland’s biggest concerts. Mikael Karlsson of UMF Poland says that picking Warsaw was a no-brainer: “Warsaw is one of the most vibrant, cosmopolitan cities in the heart of Europe. From a value for your money perspective it also wins hands down. Nearly all major airlines fly here at a very low price and it’s easily accessible to European clubbers by train or car. I expect we’ll be seeing some major UMF caravans on the European motorways this July.” Thanks to strategic partnerships organized by UMF Poland, festival-goers can opt for a wide choice of lodgings, from budget hotels to international hotel brands offering up to a 60% discount to UMF visitors.

UMF Poland: Ready for launch
UMF Poland sees this festival as a launchpad for a yearly European event that will ace the summer festival season. “We are totally dedicated to delivering the same level of excellence that our audience has come to expect from UMF Miami. A massive lineup, surprise guests, an unbeatable party atmosphere and spectacular stages and scenes,” says Karlsson. Discounted early bird tickets are already on sale at the UMF Poland website and given that all 165,000 UMF Miami tickets sold out at record speed, clubbers are advised to secure their tickets asap. The world’s premier electronic music festival is an amazing opportunity to experience the power and energy of dance music’s finest DJs as well as dancing alongside fellow clubbers from around the world. UMF Poland is organized by the same company behind UMF Miami, rated the Best Music Event the past 6 years by the jury at the International Dance Music Awards.

Carl Cox returns to Space Ibiza 2012

THE REVOLUTION RECRUITS @ SPACE IBIZA
EVERY TUESDAY FROM 3RD JULY UNTIL 18TH SEPTEMBER

London, UK (March 30, 2012)Safehouse Management has just confirmed that Carl Cox will return to Space Ibiza for the 11th year in a row with his new Revolution Recruits concept. The opening party is happening on July 3rd with an amazing 12 weeks of revolutionary music planned every Tuesday night until September 18th.

Dont expect business as usual. After ten seasons at Space Ibiza featuring some of the most renowned DJs in the world, Carl is opening up the ranks to welcome a whole army of new talent. This years Revolution is going to be eclectic, loud, and unforgettable. And its all happening at Space Ibiza, which Carl has called "the Rolls Royce of clubs." The majority of clubbers obviously share Carls passion for Ibizas megaclub given that Space Ibiza was voted Worlds Best Club two times in a row by DJ MAG (2011 & 2012). Space also just took home the Best Global Club award during the 27th Annual International Dance Awards at the 2012 WMC Winter Music Conference in Miami.

The global veteran of sound

Carl Cox has earned his stripes as the global veteran of sound with non-stop performances and a smile that lights up the dance floor. No matter where he is on the decks, you can tell he’s on a personal mission to help weary foot soldiers kick off their 9-to-5 shackles and get into the more serious business of having fun. This is a man with not so much as a single cynical or jaded bone in his body – and as he says: “We are the revolution and the revolution is love.” His devotion to creating great dance music has awarded him with an enormous and loyal following and he has recently been voted "Best International DJ" in Germany’s renowned Raveline Poll, as well as being named "Best Techno DJ" in the 2011 Ibiza DJ Awards. But don’t believe for a minute that Carl is going to lose his lets-get-everybody-in-the-house attitude or forget who his friends are. In fact, Revolution fans will be happy to hear that resident DJs Yousef, UMEK and Nic Fanciulli return to rally the troops again this summer. Ibiza clubbers can expect another blockbuster Revolution this year. Lynn Cosgrave, who heads Safehouse says: "We’re putting all our energy behind building this night to even new heights. There will be familiar faces but also incredible new talent and styles of music."

The Revolution Recruits broadens its reach with two competitions

Carl is looking to recruit four talented DJs to join him for a spotlight performance this season in Ibiza. Those who believe they have the mettle to brave the stage are invited to enter 'The Revolution Recruits DJ Contest' by sending in their best 30-minute DJ set via Mixcloud. A total of four winners will get the chance to perform live in Ibiza this summer. Safehouse Management will cover return flights and accommodation. All winners are also invited to attend a short course at the renowned SAE Institute to further develop their skills, as well as receiving premium memberships to SoundCloud and Headliner.fm.

Carl has also announced that he is on a quest to establish an official theme track for his massively successful Tuesday night parties. 'The Revolution Recruits Theme Contest' is a unique competition concept that challenges ambitious music producers to transform samples submitted by several Intec Digital artists into a track they feel will best communicate the spirit of Carl’s Revolution. The winning theme will be used as part of The Revolution Recruits promo material and officially released after the 2012 season has ended. The winner will also get the chance to further develop his or her skills with one of the short courses offered by the SAE Institute. Premium memberships from SoundCloud and Headliner.fm are also in store for the winner.

Tickets for the Revolution Recruits at Space Ibiza from July 3rd to September 18th are already on sale via Ticketweb. Book early and ensure that you’re in the front lines of the party!
