Musicmafiauk presents....OfeliaDorme

OfeliaDorme is a band based in Bologna (Italy).The band's name is inspired by a Rimbaud poem, "Ophelie". The members of the band are Francesca Bono (vocals, guitar ,keyboards), Gianluca Modica (bass, guitar), Michele Postpischl (drums, bass), and Tato Izzia (guitar, bass).
In early 2009 the band contributed with one of their songs "6:17pm" to 3 compilations by 3 different labels: Series Two Records(USA), Midfinger Records (IT) and Canebagnato Records (IT).
On May 6th, 2009 published their first self produced EP, entitled "Sometimes it's better to wait",which has been well reviewed in Italy and abroad (UK, USA, Canada, France, New Zealand...). During 2010 they contributed with a couple of songs to more compilations:

In February 2011 the band releases the full lenght "All Harm Ends Here". OfeliaDorme’s been touring extensively in Italy and played gigs in the UK and Belgium. 

They will be playing UK gigs soon and we will keep you updated as to when these are happening but for now have a listen to their music and enjoy.
