Andrew James charity single Secret Dancer Release
Titled ‘Secret Dancer’, the song is written by Chris Onslow and performed by
Andrew James and The Secret. Proceeds from the song were originally going to go to
353, a not-for-profit organisation that aims to help injured servicemen and their families, but Chris’ company
Medichem
has decided to help the charity in October instead as that will result
in more money for the charity than the single would generate. 353 was
founded by
Tony Lewis, the father of Conrad Lewis, the 353rd
British soldier to die in Afghanistan. I’ve attached a press release
with information about the launch of 353, and you can also follow them
on
Facebook and
Twitter.
You can find out more about Andrew James by
visiting his website and by checking him out on
Facebook and
Twitter.
Secret Dancer will be released on iTunes on May 4th, and will be performed live by Andrew James that evening at
St. Helen’s RFC in front of 20,000 people. It will also be
available on Spotify and most other online music sites, such as Last.Fm,
Grooveshark, etc.
You can also find it on Andrew James’ Souncloud now: http://soundcloud.com/andrewjamesmusic/secret-dancer
Andrew will also be backed up by dancers and a
cameraman will be filming a video of the live performance. There will
also be a separate music video for the song – these videos will go live
to coincide with the release of the single.
