Fresh from being crowned Sheffield’s ‘Best Unsigned Act’ at the Exposed Magazine awards, Hot Soles are set to spread their wings nationwide this May and show everyone just why their home city is making such a big fuss over them.
Since hitting the local music scene a year ago this lively, frolicking two-piece have been stirring the loins of everyone who’s been lucky enough to be caught in their “sanguine seductive sugar-beat” force field.
In the last year HOT SOLES have gone from strength to strength, with appearances at Liverpool Sound City, Tramlines and supporting acts such as The Duke Spirit, Vintage Trouble, Kate Jackson (long blondes), Hey Sholay, Big Boy Bloater plus many more.
Gathering huge local support from BBC Introducing, Exposed Magazine Toast Magazine, Counterfeit Magazine and Sloucher Zine, word of mouth has begun to spread like wildfire resulting in a surge of invites from promoters of venues all over the UK.
