The Chocolate Cellar Workshop – Dabble Workshop
This two-hour ‘dabble’ workshop begins with an informative talk about chocolate: From the bean to the bar. It is then followed by a practical session, where the tricks of a Chocolateir’s trade are divulged, before you create your own chocolaty masterpieces. Following a chocolate quiz, you’ll hand-wrap your delicious creations to take home… if they get that far! The price includes a hot chocolate drink during the workshop.

James Fearnley has been a writer for almost as long as he has been a musician. Throughout his musical career he kept copious diaries, which he has assembled in to a memory evoking text, depicting the journey of the acclaimed British folk band "The Pogues". Fearnly tells their story with beauty, lyricism and great candour in his new book ‘Here Comes Everybody’. He brings to life the youthful friendships, the bust-ups, the amazing gigs, the terrible gigs, the fantastic highs and the dramatic lows in a hugely compelling, humorous, moving and honest account. James will be Reading from and discussing his book throughout the evening.
