Barry Southgate - News Update

Having opened for American R and B giants like Brian McKnight, Eric Benet and K-Ci and JoJo, penned songs for artists like Stan Walker, and even sung for the Pope, one thing's for sure: Southgate has a talent and star quality that is unmistakeable.

Regularly featuring on TV commercials as well, the multi-faceted artist will hit the big screen for the first time, landing a small role in The Sapphires. Based on a true story, the Australian film received a 10-minute standing ovation at Cannes Film Festival.

Currently writing and recording new music, Southgate now treats music lovers everywhere to a tasty mash-up of Katy Perry's California Gurls and You, a track lifted from his EP, Epitome (out now on iTunes).
