The Assist are a 4 piece indie/alternative band from Walsall. The lads have a huge passion for real music, and their honest, hard hitting lyrics speak for themselves. It’s music that anyone can identify with from their sing along anthems to their infectious guitar riffs. 

The Assist combine their influences of The Stone Roses, The Twang and Twisted Wheel to create their raw indie/alternative sound. The band has achieved relative success in such a short time with a headline gig at The Sun Flower Lounge in Birmingham, an amazing support slot with legendary bass player of The Jam Bruce Foxton, Headlines in local newspapers and also airplay on FM radio stations.
