Ray Davies, George Benson, Gipsy Kings announced for Greenwich Music Time
Following the success of the inaugural Greenwich Music Time, which saw over 16000 music fans attend performances from Goldfrapp, Australian Pink Floyd Show, Jools Holland and Russell Watson, the organisers have confirmed that the concert series will return to The Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich in July. Running from Wednesday 22nd – Saturday 25th July, this year’s event will feature ten-time Grammy Award-winning singer and guitarist George Benson, the multi-million-selling Flamenco superstars Gipsy Kings, and one of the most acclaimed songwriters of all time, legendary Kinks frontman Ray Davies.
Greenwich Music Time transforms The Old Royal Naval College’s breathtaking riverside location into the ultimate open-air venue, providing music fans with the opportunity to experience a unique series of concerts set against the stunning backdrop of Greenwich’s magnificent historic landscape.
The final headline act will be announced in due course.
