MusicMafia presents The Ladz and their debut E.P. Just one thing
THE LADZ are a fun loving band that blends many genres of music together to create a banging live show for the masses to rock out to. The LADZ live show has been described as ' a thoroughly good time' and 'tunes you can sink your teeth into' by local press, and it is something we as performers pride ourselves on.
They take influences from a range of different genres and have been likened to; Queens of the stone age, Nirvana, Oasis, the strokes and early Arctic monkeys. Each band member brings their own musical influences.
They are very passionate about our music have been playing the scene for 1 and a half years, at multiple venues with the highlights being the support for 'Chasing ghosts' of Allmusic records, 'Degaruda' and 'republic of ugoslabier' of Panda records who were touring at the time and most recently 'The Dune Rats' of Rat bag records who are an established band from Australia.
They have a strong following of fans and this year they have completed a six track EP, due to be released mid November. The Ladz are making their mark on the English Music scene with air time on BBC INTRODUCING in the Midlands, various London and Uni radio stations and a host of internet radio stations, most recently XRPradio.co.uk, the Captain SIB show and freshunsigned.co.uk.
