MusicMafia presents Goldstar

Few bands manage in 12 months all that Goldstar have accomplished in 12 weeks. In those few weeks since meeting, they‘ve written, recorded and uploaded this their debut MixTape, and what a response there’s been! 2000 plays in its first week online, radio support, a remix competition launched, festival offers... These guys are busy! 

If you like your tunes electric and breathless, yet melodic and reflective then you will love the blistering bass drops from Geoff, tough hard-hitting beats by David, exhilarating synth hooks from Charlie Kay and above all, the incredibly sassy vocal stylings of the brightest shining of all stars, Ms. Lee Morris.

Between them, the members of Goldstar have considerable live music experience – as performers supporting major artists including Pendulum and Hadouken!, and as live sound engineers working for big names including Mr Hudson, Tinie Tempah and Jessie J. These guys are ambitious; they know their live show will send other pop pretenders simpering to the sidelines as they bring these stadium sized dance tunes to the stage.

This aint no pop filler. This is dance music written by rock stars. This is filthy basslines under anthemic pop melodies.This is dirty, grimey dubstep infused with infectious, soaring choruses.
Currently in rehearsal for live dates, Goldstar will be releasing The Remix Mixtape and their second set of new material in the coming months
