Chvrches release Brand new single Get Away
CHVRCHES today announce the release of their new single ‘Get Away’ on 8 December via Virgin Records / Goodbye Records. ‘Get Away’ is the band’s first new song since 2013’s critically acclaimed gold-selling debut album ‘The Bones Of What You Believe’. It was written for Radio 1 Rescores: Drive - DJ Zane Lowe’s reimagining of Nicholas Winding Refn’s soundtrack for the cult movie Drive, starring Ryan Gosling. The re-scored film will be shown on BBC Three tonight, 30 October. SBTRKT, Banks and the 1975 also feature.
Another new song, ‘Dead Air’, features on the Lorde-curated OST for Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, which will be released on 17 November.
CHVRCHES tonight begin the final UK tour in support of ‘The Bones Of What You Believe’, with their biggest headline show to date at London’s O2 Brixton Academy.
