Fairchild announce debut UK show

Following the release of their ‘Sadako’ EP in November, Fairchild have confirmed their debut UK show in London next month. The Queensland outfit will play Sebright Arms on 10th February.

Fairchild are currently in the studio recording new material with Catherine Marks (Foals, Wolf Alice), before they relocate to the UK. Marks worked with the band on their previous EPs, ‘Burning Feet’ and ‘Sadako’.

The band have been refining their live shows, previously touring through Hong Kong, China and North America, as well as playing Singapore’s Music Matters and Canadian Music Week.

Australian band Fairchild release debut single Burning Feet

Australian band FAIRCHILD have released their debut single 'Burning Feet' which is from the forthcoming self titled EP, due to be released in July.

The EP was produced by Catherine Marks (Foals, Death Cab For Cutie, The Killers) and mixed at London's Assault and Battery Studios.

The band formerly known as 'Fairchild Republic' have shared the stage with a wide range of acts including Neon Indian, Parachute Youth, Last Dinosaurs, Flume, Cub Scouts, The Griswolds, The Medics, The Jungle Giants, Millions, Battleships, The Cairos, The Belligerents, Northeast Party House, Glass Towers, Red Riders, Parades and Cassette Kids.
