Dr. Martens is thrilled to announce an excursion into Europe with a five-city tour across five countries as the Dr. Martens #standforsomething tour rolls out for the first time into mainland Europe from 8th September.

The tour will be headlined by one of the UK’s most exciting Indie Rock bands – PULLED APART BY HORSES -  whose new album ‘Blood’ is released on 1st September. Receiving its debut on Radio 1 as ‘the hottest record in the world’ on Zane Lowe’s show, PULLED APART BY HORSES have recently unveiled the first single from the album, called ‘Hot Squash’.

What do PULLED APART BY HORSES stand for?

Joining them on the tour bus is DINOSAUR PILE UP.  Founded in 2007, DPU are an English alternative rock band who broke out of the thriving Leeds rock scene of the time and instantly drew favourable comparisons to the cream of 90s US college rock. The band have released two amazing albums in ‘Growing Pains’ and ‘Nature Nurture’ and are one of the most explosive live acts around.

10th September - Rust, Copenhagen

11th September – Debaser, Stockholm

13th September – Bitterzoet, Amsterdam

The Dr. Martens #STANDFORSOMETHING bus will also announce with a special local guest band at each leg to complete the line-up. There will also be opportunities for local fans to meet the bands at the Dr. Martens store during the day.

Steelhouse Festival adds Sebastian Bach, Toseland, Electric Boys and The Amorettes

Sebastian Bach, Electric Boys, Toseland and The Amorettes join headliners Europe and Black Star Riders at The Steelhouse Festival from Saturday July 19th and Sunday July 20th in the beautiful countryside at Hafod-Y-Dafal Farm in Ebbw Vale, South Wales. 

Now in its fourth year, Steelhouse continues to build its reputation as one of the best classic rock music festivals in the UK.  Former Skid Row vocalist Sebastian Bach and the critically acclaimed Swedish rock band Electric Boys have been added to the Saturday July 19th line-up, headlined by Black Star Riders.  Toseland and The Amorettes join Swedish rock headliners Europe on Sunday July 20th.

Sebastian Bach has sold in excess of 20 million records worldwide, and releases his new album Give ‘Em Hell on April 22nd.  Stockholm’s Electric Boys  are best known for their debut 1989 album Funk-O-Metal Carpet Ride and their rock anthem All Lips N’ Hips.  Former world superbike champion, James Toseland is best known for his critically acclaimed debut album Renegade, while Scottish female power trio, The Amorettes first came to prominence with their 2011 debut album Haulin' Ass.

Steelhouse festival 2014 confirms The Answer with Europe and Black Star Riders

THE STEELHOUSE FESTIVAL returns with a vengeance on Saturday July 19th and Sunday July 20th for another spectacular outdoor line up of rock ’n’ roll in the breathtaking countryside at Hafod-Y-Dafal Farm in Ebbw Vale, South Wales.  THE ANSWER joins headliners EUROPE on Sunday July 20th.

This year’s festival, which looks set to attract over 10,000 fans, will be held in a spectacular mountain top location in the heart of South Wales.

Saturday July 19th is headlined by BLACK STAR RIDERS with support from THE GRAVELTONES, TAX THE HEAT, BUFFALO SUMMER and BLACK WOLF.

EUROPE follow One Show appearance with "Bag of Bones" UK tour

earMUSIC, rock leg of the Hamburg, Germany, based full entertainment company Edel, is thrilled to announce the new album of THE Swedish rock supergroup, EUROPE. The long player, set for UK release on Monday 30th April 2012, is entitled Bag of Bones.

The new record was produced by one of the world's most prestigious producers, Kevin Shirley. No stranger to the crème de la crème of iconic rock, Shirley has produced albums for Iron Maiden, Joe Bonamassa, Black Country Communion, Black Stone Cherry and Journey. Bag of Bones features 11 brand new tracks, including the first single, Not Supposed To Sing The Blues, which will be serviced to radio this Friday, March 2nd and will be released digitally March 9th.

The band recently unveiled the album artwork and now is ready to confirm the track listing of the

new album, which is said to be a milestone in Sweden's biggest hard rock band’s long lasting

career. Prior to the recordings, when EUROPE front man Joey Tempest confessed, "We're ready to do some serious damage,” - he could not have been anymore correct. Bag of Bones was already titled "one hell of a record" and is the successor of EUROPE's 2009 album Last Look at Eden, which proved to be the band's most important record since The Final Countdown.

Says singer Joey Tempest: "Finally we express ourselves completely without restraint.

Straight from heart and soul. It took some time but WE HAVE ARRIVED!"

Contributing slide guitar to the title track Bag of Bones is no one less but currently hottest blues

rock name, Joe Bonamassa. "We're honored that Joe Bonamassa wanted to play some slide guitaron our record. We're all big fans of his music", Tempest points out.

The album, which features a more straightforward rock approach including the track Doghouse,

already performed during the band's most recent European tour, is going to be available in a

standard CD version as well as on classy vinyl.

League finals in 2012. Part of the EHF & EUROPE Campaign will be a band performance during the "Final4 tournament" award ceremonies on May 27th in Cologne, Germany.

Europe announce Bag of Bones November 2012 UK Tour

Following the news of their new studio album Bag of Bones, released April 30th, Swedish rockers EUROPE have today announced a nationwide November 2012 UK tour.

The Bag of Bones tour follows 2011's hugely successful Balls ‘N' Banners tour, which included a sold-out concert at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire (where Europe filmed their recent live DVD).
