Callum Rafferty has recently done a Tour around the UK playing venues such as The Borderline, London supporting Emma Stevens, so he has had had quite a bit of experience when it comes to opening up shows. When performing live, he is accompanied by his Acoustic Guitar, Keyboard and loop pedal, although he sometimes use a backing band for bigger gigs. 

Callum Rafferty is 16 years old from London, UK. He has played the guitar for 7 years and has been writing songs for 4 years.

His first big experience was three years ago when he played at Rochester Castle in front of 5,000 people. Since then, he has played around 300 of gigs in iconic venues such as the Hammersmith Apollo, IndigO2, The Camden Roundhouse, The London Palladium, Glyndebourne Opera House (For BBC Children in Need), Dingwalls in Camden, The Bedford, The Vibe Bar and many many more.

Last Summer, he performed at numerous festivals such as Keynsham Festival, Thames Festival, Hops and Harvest Festival, Rising Festival etc.

He has been interviewed and performed on many radio stations such as BBC Radio Kent, Roundhouse Rising Radio etc. Also, he has had his songs played on air for BBC introducing in Kent and London.

Paul Carrack is all set to take to the stage at Indigo2 on Wednesday 31st October to celebrate over five decades in the music business and the imminent release of his brand new album ‘Good Feeling’ set to be released in September 2012.

Paul Carrack has a string of hits under his belt, and the list of bands and legends he has played with reads like a calling card of music royalty!

Paul first coming to prominence as the keyboard player for Roxy Music in the late 70s / early 80s and from there his career went from strength to strength. He replaced Jools Holland as the keyboard player for Squeeze in 1981 and took lead vocals for the bands biggest hit single to date; ‘Tempted’. In the Mid 80s he teamed up with Mike Rutherford from Genesis to form Mike and The Mechanics and went on to have a string of hits including ‘The Living Years’ and ‘Over My Shoulder’.

Over the past decade or so Paul has worked increasingly in his own right on many solo albums; Satisfy My Soul (2000), Groovin’ (2001), It Ain’t Over (2003), Winter Wonderland (2005), Old, New, Borrowed and Blue (2007), I Know That Name (2008), A Different Hat (2010) and the new album Good Feeling coming out in September 2012.

He continues to appear live and on record with collaborators. In 2003 he toured with Ringo Starr, having recorded with BB King, Eric Clapton and Elton John. The Eagles’ 2007 hit album – Long Road Out of Eden – featured his song ‘I Don’t Want To Hear Anymore’ – number one in America, UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Following an almighty set last year, Jimmy Cliff will take to the stage at London’s indigO2 this May – returning by popular demand to perform a monumental set.

As a singer, songwriter, musician and actor, Jimmy Cliff will be performing all of his greatest hits including “You Can Get It If You Really Want”, “The Harder they Come” (soundtrack to the film in which Jimmy starred) and “many rivers to cross”. Jimmy Cliff’s London show marks the release of his much-anticipated new album; Re Birth set to be released this Summer.
Set for a brilliant night of live reggae, there will also be an aftershow party with DJ’s playing a selection of reggae classics.

Hailing from Jamaica, Jimmy Cliff is a potent musical forced recognised globally for his contribution to film and music, he’s toured with the likes of Peter Tosh and collaborated with Sting, Joe Strummer, Wyclef Jean and many others.
