Wednesday 16th May 2012; Detroit rockers Electric Six will be returning to the UK in November and December with their 10th anniversary tour, performing breakout album ‘Fire’ in its entirety. Featuring energetic hits including ‘Danger! High Voltage’ and ‘Gay Bar’, the 11 date tour will take in O2 Academy venues across the country, ending at London’s prestigious O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on Saturday 15th December, which will be filmed for a live DVD, due for release in 2013 with full stage production for a rambunctious live show!

Since 2003, we've recorded seven albums and we will certainly do another one next year.  But there comes a time when a band needs to pay homage to itself.  We're doing that this year by re-visiting the album that put us on the map and gave society the choice to either love us or call us a joke and throw things at us.  Either way, we win.  If you're reading this, realize this one thing.....we win!”  Dick Valentine
Originally becoming popular in 2003 with the album ‘Fire’, Electric Six have gone on to make eight studio albums, including ‘Switzerland’ in 2006 and ‘Zodiac’ in 2010. Popular songs have included a cover of Queen’s ‘Radio Gaga’, which was released in 2003 and reached No. 5 in the UK Charts. Combining high energy with outrageous songs, be prepared for a ‘high voltage’ live show when Electric Six roll into town.
