UK Pop Rockers Twenty Twenty Turn Up The Volume On New Album and Announce December Tour

Forget what you think you know about Twenty Twenty. Having forged their own path on the pop rock circuit over the past few years the band are ready to turn things up a gear with the release of their new album 25th Hour (available for purchase at  http://bit.ly/SscVXW) jam packed with songs that should turn a few heads and surprise a few critics with its revamped and turbo charged power pop-punk.

May saw the pop-rock trio head out across the UK on their first headline tour in almost two years, and having spent the majority of 2011 playing alongside some of the world’s biggest artists, the band were ready to take centre stage playing to thousands of fans at their own shows up and down the country. After a successful couple of weeks on the road they headed straight back out to Sweden for the summer to finish writing and recording 25th Hour, which looks to hold some of Twenty Twenty’s best and most diverse material to date.

Keen to prove they’ve got what it takes to compete on the UK rock scene, the new release packs a solid fistful of riffs, a reinvigorated and heavier swagger and a self assuredness that can only come with age, experience and a new found conviction in their musical direction. Launching their Pledge Music campaign earlier this year, the band were keen to involve their undeniably burgeoning fan base in the creation of the new album every step of the way, posting new song previews and offering unique experiences to self fund the recording.

With tracks like ‘Beautiful Monster’ and ‘Over Your Spell’ jamming more riffs and hooks into their three minutes than should be humanly possible, fans of All Time Low, You Me At Six, We Are The In Crowd and Tonight Alive will be instantly hooked on the saccharine melodies and punchy guitars that are shot through the album, whilst retaining their pop sensibilities and knack for a catchy as hell chorus, as evident on epic closing track ‘You and I (Next Big Thing)’ with its gigantic refrain and chest-swelling lyrics.

On top of this, Jack, Sam and Sonny have just announced four very intimate shows in December to celebrate the release of their much anticipated second album where they will be performing new material for the very first time, with the opening London date at The Garage sold out already and a second date added due to phenomenal demand.
