Delphic announce UK headline tour for February 2013
Delphic have today announced a run of regional headline UK shows for 2013 beginning with Leeds Cockpit on February 10th
With their most recent run of UK dates acting as low key shows in anticipation of their eagerly anticipated second studio album ‘Collections’, the 2013 shows will allow for more of Delphic’s fervent fan base to witness their unmistakable musical style and electrifying live performances.
Following in the wake of their debut album Acolyte which featured tracks "Doubt" and "Halcyon", the three piece from Manchester (Richard Boardman, Matt Cocksedge, and James Cook) have taken the last 18 months to complete work on the follow-up to their critically acclaimed 2009 album.
The bands forthcoming single ‘Baiya’, available January 28th, is one of many highlights from the forthcoming album; a delicate balance of euphoria and despair, against a musical backdrop that owes as much to the very best of modern day pop to the more underground hip hop and electronica elements the band take inspiration from.
