New official video from Life and new UK tour dates
LIFE are four boys from Hull are already known for their Beat-yoof words and hooky punk riffs, but ‘Take Off With You’ pushes things to the deeper and darker realms of pop in a blazing track that is their most anthemic yet. With its cool-n-sweet lyrics atop a driving groove, the song builds and breaks into a delirious epic of a tune.
Following up their AA-side release, ‘Money’/’Crawling’ on Birthday Records back in March, and with praise and plays from Zane Lowe, Jen and Ally on Radio 1, Steve Lamacq on 6Music and Geoff Lloyd on Absolute, LIFE are currently in the middle of a string of UK dates. And ‘Take Off With You’ has proved an instant connect with live audiences from Aberdeen to Brighton (and everywhere in between).
