Kate Boy announce headline show at The Lexington
Following their previous sell out at Hoxton Square Bar and Kitchen and festival appearances at the likes of Pitch, Pukklepop, Eurosonic, Bestival and Way Out West, Kate Boy have just announced their forthcoming headline show at The Lexington on 24th July. Kate Boy’s unique twist on electro-pop is transported to a stratospheric level in a live environment as they spellbind audiences with their perfectly crafted melodies and exciting production. Later this month Kate Boy will also be hitting the stage at Secret Garden Party, alongside the likes of Little Dragon, Clean Bandit and Jagwar Ma.
Kate Boy are a Stockholm based band (Kate Akhurst, Hampus Nordgren and Markus Dextegen) who have been making waves across the globe, armed with their effortlessly catchy electronic beats and sultry vocal hooks. Kate Boy have ignited the internet over the past 12 months with the release of tracks ‘Northern Lights’, ‘The Way We Are’ and ‘In Your Eyes’ receiving critical acclaim from the likes of SPIN, V Magazine, Vogue and Pitchfork.
