Stevie release new single Come Around
No strangers to the Brisbane music scene, the familiar faces of brand new electronic pop duo - Stevie - are Phoebe Imhoff (formerly of Go Violets) and producer Miro Mackie. Combining their respective talents, Stevie is the product of two creative minds meeting in the middle to explore an exciting new direction for both, the first result emerging in the shape of infectious new single 'Come Around'.
The song was written, recorded and produced by the pair in Mackie's New Farm apartment and sonically occupies the space led by the likes of Robyn, Caribou and Little Dragon while proudly displaying a new partnership in full swing: Mackie's audio production skills with Imoff's razor sharp pop sensibilities and lyrical playfulness.
'Come Around' is just the first taste of Stevie with plans of of an independently-released EP on the horizon
