Benjamin Bloom - Last Man On Earth
Benjamin Bloom is a unique character - part rock and roll front man, part piano maestro, and part singer songwriter.
After a successful stint on synth with Channel 4s 'Road To V' winners Rosalita (Taste Media), Bloom stepped out from the shadows taking to the road for his first solo gigs in 2010.
'The Benjamin Bloom EP' was released and a band enlisted for the 'Brainwashed' single and tour and soon Bloom gained a reputation as a stand out live attraction leading to a prestigious 'BBC Introducing' slot at Latitude in 2012 alongside the release of the 'Weird and Wonderful EP'.
In 2013 harnessing the pomp and circumstance of his live show, Bloom sold out Ipswich's New Wolsey Theatre for 'An Evening With Benjamin Bloom' where his songs were augmented by video screens, acrobats, fire breathers and dancers in a multi-genre extravaganza. Further sold out events at IpArts Big Top, Colchester Arts Centre and Edinburgh Festival followed and the show developed into its current form as 'Benjamin Blooms Last Man On Earth'.
Bloom stands poised ready to go on the road with a unique live show and his first full length album 'Last Man On Earth' due for release on April 6th 2015.
