WALLGATE CIRCUS
HISTORICALLY MODERN?? Alright then...Wallgate Circus, we wont start at the beginning, there is no need, just x begat y, etc, etc.. THE ETHOS. To avoid at all costs the conceit and bullshit of band or group 'types', Wallgate Circus are five young working class lads, not 'stars' waiting to be discovered. Their general path has been typical of a certain strand of society, the drink, through football - clothes, drugs, girls apprenticeship, that so many others have gone through too, I dont need to mention these things as some sort of banner waving matter, as I, and the boys loathe that list making, my gang - your gang - Bollocks. WE ARE THE MODS - ARE WE THE MODS?? Well, Yes I'd say so, not stuck in the past or anything, just people who cant help but witness so much of these satellite of taste of the late 50's early 60's, had got an outlook very close to ours, not elitist but selective, pragmatic yet hedonistic at times, here to stay, not a flash in the pan fad - try it and see, we've seen the future and..It's on Its Head Again. SHINE ON ..

OF THE TRUE CLASS
of the True Class are a mancunian four-piece formed in early 2008 by frontman Edward Jones and drummer Tom Statham. After a few changes, the final line-up including Joe Heveran and Dion Wild has proved to be definitive.

Since refining the hard-edged and brattish sound that has been so well-received on the Manchester unsigned music scene, the band has since branched out and have began to to expand their fanbase. Playing at prestigious venues such as Moho Live (in front of 750+) and Night and Day, the band has received an extremely positive response.

The band's debut EP is set to be released soon, with five live favourites having been recorded in Moolah Rouge studios, Stockport.

GOONIES NEVER SAY DIE
The awesomely-named Goonies Never Say Die are a post-rock band hailing from the legendary land of Blackpool. The watery guitars of 'Don't Fight The Fire, Fuck The Arsonist' recall Isis' most relaxed moments, while 'When Middle Eights Migrate' builds to a fantastic Tool-esque heaviniess. The highlight is 'Sometimes It's Not So Bad,' a classic post-rock blissout that rivals anything off Explosions In The Sky's latest album. For fans of Explosions In The Sky, This Will Destroy You, The Appleseed Cast."
