Eclectic hip hop / rap group D.O.B (Definition Of Brothers) follow up their critically acclaimed mixtape with the release of their debut single ‘Get Crazy’.
Hailing from South London, UK, D.O.B is composed of Young Ram, V8 Drew and Rhizzy Rock – all upcoming artists with a variety of qualities and states of mind, and simultaneously, common and related destinies.
The band’s debut mixtape ‘It’s All Fr3e’ generated over 20,000 downloads in total (with 11,000 of those being counted in the first week of its release), making this fast rising London trio one of the UK’s most successful underground acts in recent times. The 12-track project was mixed by infamous German tastemaker DJ Noize (Busta Rhymes, Young Money’s Tyga, Mya and Chingy), and received overwhelming acclamation both in the UK and overseas.
With their latest project, a club friendly, bass heavy anthem titled ‘Get Crazy’, D.O.B look to continue building a buzz which has encapsulated the industry thus far in 2011. The track highlights the unique lyrical talents of Young Ram, V8 Drew and Rhizzy Rock, and their ability to deliver a lively vocal performance which anyone can immerse themselves in.
