Scott Lazarus to release E.P. Mirrors
July 17th will see the release on iTunes and other online retailers of ‘Mirrors’ the first of 3 E.P’s to be released in the next 12 months by Rock Singer Songwriter Scott Lazarus.
Scott Lazarus has received exposure through his previous material on many radio stations including BBC Radio Essex, Leith FM and the Deuce radio show which broadcasts on 7 FM Radio stations and over 35 Internet. Scott also featured on MTV as part of the ‘Get Seen Get Heard’ campaign for unsigned artists which came about after coming in the Top Ten of a voting competition.
Through the strength of his MTV appearance and demo Scott was able to secure a 6 date tour of New York and soon followed an E.P. After a couple of years and a relocation and return from Canada Scott has spent the last year working on the 3 E.P’s to be released in the next 12 months.
Upbeat rhythmic melodic rock ‘Far Behind’ belies the downbeat lyric of love lost suddenly absent from the home.
Haunting Ballad ‘Hope’ is a reflection of depression and looking for hope in small things at a time when you’re feeling suicidal.
