Since signing to Michael King's BGM at the tender age of 16, Hatty has been in solid development over the last two years experimenting with different sounds and styles. She released promotional tracks "Best Kept Secret" and "No One Loves You" to help build her audience. During this period of growth Hatty has amassed well over a million YouTube views,20000 Facebook followers and has performed over 300 gigs, including supports with the likes of Ed Sheeran, Wretch 32, Olly Murs and Wiley. Hatty has also had three massive school tours to date and was invited to the MOBO's and handed out an award alongside Pixie Lott in front of Prince Harry for his charity "WellChild".

In March this year Hatty completed her "Inspire The Kids" school tour which took in over 15,000 kids. Also in that same month she completed her album "Pick N Mix". On the album she has written 9 out of the 11 tracks, including her official debut track "TroubleMaker".

Hatty has recently been asked to be the face of The Mentor Foundation. A charity that goes into schools and help spread positive reviews through music.

The album is filled with sensual club bangers and a fantastic play on words.

Look out for her "TroubleMaker" tour starting next week at The Ministry Of Sound alongside Aston from JLS.

Teen sensation Hatty Keane releases double A-side ‘Best Kept Secret’/ ‘Electricity’

Storming out of a little corner of Cheshire comes Hatty Keane, winner of Open Mic UK 2010. 16 year old Hatty releases her debut single, the angsty pop ‘Best Kept Secret’ on 12thSeptember on BGM/Future Music; a double A-side release featuring the catchy club track ‘Electricity’.
Singing from an early age around her home in Macclesfield, Greater Manchester, it wasn’t long before the young Harriet decided that singing and performing was what she wanted to do with her like. Entering popular national music competition ‘Open Mic 2010’propelled her into the spotlight where she battled through auditions, regional finals and area finals to the National grand final in London. Winning over judges including BBC Radio 1 DJ Rass Kwame and MOBO award winning singer Shola Ama, Hatty won her age category, came second in the competition out of 9,000 acts and performed in front of a 2,000 strong crowd at the 02 arena.
Since her signing to Future Music and BGM, on February 2011, Hatty has been putting together material for her debut album and has already had songs penned for her by the likes of veteran songwriters Bridget Kelly (Roc Nation), Deekay (JLS), Laurence Hobbs (Pixie Lott), and  John Scott (Beyonce and Chris Brown). She premiered her first promo single ‘Heart Fail’ in April 2011.
Counting Taio Cruz and Dane Bowers amongst her fans, Hatty performed alongside Tinchy Stryder and NDUBZ at music event LiveFest in July and presents an award at Prince Harry’s Well Child Awards later this month alongside singer Pixie Lott.
