Snoop Dogg adds three new UK dates ahead of his HMV Forum show in London on Tuesday 17th May 2011 with special performances at the The Dome in Brighton on Sunday 15th May 2011, Birmingham HMV Institute on Monday 16th May 2011 and the Liverpool O2 Academy on Wednesday 18th May 2011 to mark the launch of his 11th studio album Doggumentary. With all eyes on the skinny kingpin from Long Beach, Doggumentary is the perfect title for the man who continues to occupy the throne as the world’s most famous rapper.

Performing new tracks from the album, tha DoggFather will be bringing special guests to join him on stage to mark the occasion.

Snoop pulled in legendary producers from all corners of the globe including Battlecat, The Cataracs, Damon Albarn, Gorillaz, Jason Cox, David Banner, THX, DJ Khalil, Fredwreck, Jake One, Kanye West, Mike Dean, Jeff Bhasker, Lex Luger, Meech Wells, Soul Mechanix, Mr. Porter,Rick Rock, Rick Rude, Scoop DeVille, Scott Storch, Warryn Campbell, DJ Reflex, among others to create an album that is set to be the soundtrack of the summer.

With a career spanning nearly two decades and eleven solo albums to his name, Snoop Dogg has sold more than 25 million records in the United States alone, and over 40 million albums worldwide. Now also successful actor, appearing in hit films such as ‘Starsky and Hutch’, and even with his own TV show, ‘Snoop Dogg’s Fatherhood’, Snoop has garnered a new generation of fans and continues to increase his iconic status.

For the launch of the new album, not only is Snoop utilising his unrivaled digital presence to offer his fans inside access to the creative process behind the Doggumentary, but the album itself acts a memoir of sorts—both chronicling his journey in the game thus far and plotting where his path will lead him in the future, and live is sure to set the HMV Forum alive with fans being privy to the lazy drawl and rhythmically complex-lyric delivery which he is renowned for.

The latest collection reflects everything that the world has come to embrace about the man born Calvin Broadus. While delivering several of the bombastic street raps that initially propelled Snoop to stardom, Doggumentary also boasts the sort of unpredictable collaborations that have made him a pop culture phenomenon.

To promote Doggumentary, Snoop has wisely conceptualized the album’s title. By aligning his social media prowess with his creative output, Snoop is "doggumenting" the album’s progress online. He has already launched the much discussed #PuffPuffPassTuesdays campaign, where he releases exclusive visual and audio content to his 2.5 million Twitter followers every week. Next, unprecedented access to Snoop's inner circle is granted via his frequent Ustream sessions.

Ahead of his headline slot at this year’s Lovebox where he is set to perform seminal album Doggstyle with Daz Dillinger and Kurupt (Tha Dogg Pound), RBX, The Lady of Rage, Joe Cool and special guest Warren G banging out hit after hit from the legendary Doggystyle album in its entirety live, the HMV Forum warm up show will be the first chance this year to see Snoop perform fresh new tracks from this hot new album.
