Blind Wives to release self titled E.P this September

Having kept everything under wraps for the initial 3 months of their existence, Blind Wives are now set to release their debut self titled E.P on the 1st of September 2012 through Mountains of Records. To date they have largely kept their presence to whispers and rumours and are only just starting to tease potential fans with recordings, gigs and videos.

Blind Wives debut E.P will be available on Digi-Pack CD, www.blindwives.bandcamp.com and Spotify.

Inspiration for the bands name came from the 1920's silent film 'Blind Wives' while their musical influences consist of Reuben, Melvins, Queens of the Stone Age, Torche, Tool and Biffy Clyro (pre puzzle). Blind Wives debut release is a hard hitting, riff chugging, melodically quirky collection of grunge influenced alt-rock and it was completely produced by the band themselves (only the mastering was outsourced).
