Tiebreaker was founded in May 2011, five childhood friends from the small fjords of Hardanger, Odda, Norway. The band plays an explosive, groovy rock and roll, with elements of industry and 70's prog-rock, with glimpses of the darkest blues.

In March 2012, Tiebreaker played their first EP, the ABC Studio in Etne, which was released on 22 June 2012. This EP has received great reviews in, among others, in the U.S. (5/5). "This outfit from Norway have produced a nearly perfect set of tunes." - G.W. Hill,

Tiebreaker has so far had a busy career with over 100 performances the past year. The career includes gigs as support for Oslo Ess, Real Ones, Major Parkinson, Cody Jasper, Eric Tessmer and Tyler Bryant and The Shakedown.
