Kendal Calling will be putting a limited number of specially gift-wrapped Christmas festival tickets onsale at 9am on Friday 11th November;tickets will be frozen at last years prize of 95 for this Christmas present sale, along with 50 for 11-15 and under 11's free.

Not only that but they will be delivered wrapped in a beautiful Christmas card designed specially for us by Woody from British Sea Power!This is a chance to get a Kendal Calling ticket in loved ones stockings before tickets go on general sale in early 2012 (normal price 99).

Kendal Calling is an award winning festival set in the rolling hills of the Lake District, described by many as the Glastonbury of the North; last year played host to headliners Blondie, Chase & Status and the Cribs. With multiple stages and areas, Kendal Calling has something for everyone and is loved by families and groups of friends alike. About more than the music, Kendal Calling revellers love dressing up and flock in their fancies for 3 days of dancing, juggling, contortionists, comedy, site art and much more on top of the world class line up.

Also the charity auction is now live! With instruments signed by Kendal Calling headliners under the hammer, bidding began on eBay onTuesday 1st November. The auction will raise money for Cancer Research, Sue Ryder North West, NSPCC, Tiger Awareness and the WWF.

Up for grabs are unique guitars signed by headliners at this years festival. Artists to tag the instruments included Blondie, The Cribs, Levellers, Frank Turner, Craig Charles, Beardyman, Kitty Daisy & Lewis plus many more. V Festival 2012 tickets to go on sale at 2011 prices

With this year’s V Festival, sponsored by Virgin Media, proving once again to be one of the summer’s hottest tickets, festival fans are being given the chance to get their hands on tickets for V Festival 2012 early – and at 2011’s prices.

V Festival 2012 will take place across the weekend of August 18^th – 19^th, with a limited allocation of tickets going on sale on Wednesday 24^rd August from 9am.
