We’re pleased to announce more of the incredible line up of international acts appearing at FIB Benicassim 2015.

Wimbledon’s finest and triple NME award winner JAMIE T will bring wit and wonder to the seaside festival, with a bill that will also feature the dynamite choruses and energetic pop of the KAISER CHIEFS and man of the moment MARK RONSON, who will get the crowd dancing with his DJ set.

From Belgium we welcome the beats and rhythms of the international megastar and enigma that is STROMAE and from Canada the powerful electronica of A-TRAK.

From Madrid come the exhilarating HINDS, who’ll be stopping off in Benicassim en route to world domination, whilst making the journey from Dublin will be the brothers HUDSON TAYLOR.

Propaganda takes up residence in Es Paradis Ibiza

IT’S BYE BYE BOSSA, HELLO SAN ANTONIO for global indie brand PROPAGANDA, who announced the news this weekend that, as of immediately, the brand will continue their summer residence in Es Paradis, San Antonio after beginning their season in Playa den Bossa.

The changes have been made by the clubnight’s director Dan Ickowitz-Seidler, due to demand from the Propaganda public in San Antonio. "Over the last few weeks an astonishing number of people have asked why Propaganda is not in San Antonio, so we decided to listen to the overwhelming public demand and bring Propaganda to the world famous Es Paradis”, affirmed Dan, also known as DJ Dan, resident at the global indie alternative clubnight, which throws weekly parties up and down the UK as well as Ireland and Australasia.

As the Propaganda Ibiza team turn their attention to their Opening Party at Es Paradis on Thursday 26th July, Guest DJs at the first Propaganda @ Paradis have already been confirmed as BBC Radio 1’s Nick ‘Grimmy’ Grimshaw and Mat Horne (Gavin&Stacey). Grimshaw was recently named as the new host of the Radio 1 breakfast show, taking over the coveted breakfast slot from Chris Moyles.

For Mat Horne, it’s a second appearance at Propaganda Ibiza this summer; the British actor, star of Gavin and Stacey (which, as an aside, is rumoured to be filming a special episode in Spain very soon) opened the Propaganda summer season on 8th July. This time round, and it’s the world famous Es Paradis he’ll be declaring his state of indie-pendence.

Dan said he was “thrilled to have Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw launching the night, this will be his first DJ set since it was announced that he will be replacing Chris Moyles on the Radio 1 breakfast show which is incredible for him and it's an honour to have him play for us at Propaganda along with Mat Horne and myself at our first night at Es Paradis.”

As for 2nd August, it’s another luxury line up with the Prodigy’s Rob Holliday and The Enemy taking to the indie decks for the audiovisual experience that Propaganda is renowned for.

Each week the Propaganda residents will be joined by the following incredible guest DJs including Nick Grimshaw (Radio 1 & T4), Greg James (Radio 1), Snow Patrol, The Prodigy's Rob Holliday, Carl Barat (The Libertines), Mat Horne (Gavin and Stacey), Huw Stephens (Radio 1), DJ Dan (Oasis aftershow DJ), The Enemy, The Postman (Ramshackle) with more surprises thrown in along the way

Propaganda is an indie club phenomenon, with over 25,000 people attending its club nights every week across the world! Propaganda has over 20 nights in England as well as a weekly night in Sydney, Australia, Dublin & New Zealand. Kaiser Chiefs at Ibiza Rocks - The Review

It has been five years and two albums since the Kaiser Chiefs played Ibiza Rocks so they were well due another visit, and boy, they did not disappoint!

There was a very large crowd at this gig which support act, Spector, warmed up very well. Comparisons have been made between them and Pulp, The Killers and others and it is easy to understand why. Totally at home on the Ibiza rocks stage, lead singer, Frederick Macpherson happily chatted to the crowd in between performances of Chevy Thunder, What You Wanted and finishing off with their popular single Never Fade Away.

Taking the stage to Dire Strait's Money For Nothing the Kaiser Chiefs received a rapturous welcome from the audience as they opened with Little Shocks. By the second song lead singer, Ricky Wilson, wanted to get closer to his audience and jumped from the stage onto the security barrier, a gesture that was appreciated by the cheering fans who helped him balance there for the duration! Following on with Kinda Girl You Are, and firm favourites Na Na Na Na Naa, Everyday I Love You Less and Less, Predict A Riot and Ruby, the boys from Leeds had every single person in the house singing and clapping along. A truly animated performance throughout, Ricky was up the lighting rigs and bouncing all over the stage leaving you exhausted just watching! Bringing the set to a close with Oh My God there was only one way to exit the stage, across the crowd to the VIP Balcony with a final leap into the swimming pool! Naturally! Hopefully they won't leave it so long before coming back to Ibiza Rocks next time.

Ocean Beach Club Ibiza Opens its Doors in time for Ibiza 123 Festival

The island of Ibiza is famed for many things, amongst them its gorgeous beaches and in more recent years, the sophisticated beach clubs scattered along its magical coastlines. Until now, though, some might say that the White Isle’s (in)famous town of San Antonio has been somewhat lacking in that particular department, with no exclusive beach club venue to speak of. All that is just about to change however, with the sun-drenched and sandy shores of San Antonio just days away from getting its biggest upgrade to date, with the opening of the OCEAN BEACH CLUB on 28th June 2012.

With its 6000m2 venue located along the length of S’Arenal beach, quite simply, this is a coastline location to die for, with the jewel in Ocean Beach Club’s crown its 600m2 swimming pool, surrounded by luxury day beds, cabanas and hammocks hidden in the surrounding landscaped gardens. Added to that, two beautiful restaurants, five bars, thirty VIP beds, a sunset terrace, a superb line up of international DJs not to mention an adjacent hotel that complement the club itself and it’s pretty clear round these parts that Ocean Beach Club will be the premier place to kick back and relax and/or party with the best of them this summer in San Antonio.

As far as the musical concept of Ocean Beach Club, expect a summer-long line up and hand-picked selection of Ocean Beach Club’s resident DJs, local talents and quite a number of international names from the electronic scene throughout the summer. Apart from promoters including Deep Flight, Posh Funk and Pin Up getting involved, a number of other events have also been included in the summer programming, including Urban Ibiza Day&Night, Amsterdance and a very special San Bartolome celebration on 24th August. The venue’s own pool parties will also form a big part of the party plans over the course of the next few months.

Where cuisine is concerned, Ocean Beach Club will also offer a dining experience like no other in San Antonio, with its two restaurants nestled in its sprawling grounds, both offering lovingly prepared and mouth-watering menus. Signature restaurant Pearl boasts an avant-garde, elegant and innovative culinary concept in fusion cooking, encompassing a medley of mediterranean flavours, using local fresh produce and all overseen by Head Chef Leon Breugelmaas.

From morning, noon right through to night, the management of Ocean Beach Club are covering all bases when it comes to catering for the client’s every need. Tony Truman has hosted some of the best parties around the world and has played a major part in the success of leading brands such as Supper Club, Pizza Express and Nando's. Duane Lineker has been working in the family business, the respected entertainment empire of the same name, since the age of 16 and was primarily responsible for the launch and success of the Linekers premises in San Antonio. The duo will deliver an exciting new alternative in tourism to San Antonio Bay with Ocean Beach Club.

“This really is the start of a new era”, Truman says, “The opening of Ocean Beach Club will be a proud day for us, we aim to provide a truly magnificent location where our guests can choose to either relax or party, either way enjoying a magical Ibiza experience”. Lineker added that, “the aim of the venue is to bring an increased level of hospitality and entertainment to the area,” and was “a very exciting step forward”.

In a late but exciting twist to the story, the Ocean Beach story gets even bigger and more interesting with the announcement that THB Hotels have also recently come on board as a partner in the Ocean Beach Club, in an agreement that will see adjacent hotel THB Bahia transform into the Ocean Beach Hotel over the coming months.

For right now though, the focus is firmly on the Ocean Beach Club and the opening of its doors for the first time on 28th June 2012, with a star studded event that will be the talking point of San Antonio and the White Isle as a whole, putting the Bay on the map for a whole different set of reasons. The exclusive Opening event, not to mention the rest of the summer, promises a long list of international and resident DJs, live performances, celebrity guests, movers and shakers and party people galore.

This summer, Ibiza Rocks will proudly present Britain’s biggest rising star Ben Howard at Ibiza Rocks, Wednesday 4th July. He joins an already stellar line up including Ed Sheeran, Kasabian, New Order, Bloc Party, Tinie Tempah, Example, Kaiser Chiefs, Chase & Status, Paolo Nutini, Professor Green, Maverick Sabre, Labrinth, DJ Fresh presents FRESH/LIVE, Azealia Banks and Two Door Cinema Club who will also play the 16-week long series of outdoor summer gigs.

2011 was, in Ben’s own, understated words, “quite hectic”. In the space of just twelve short months, Ben inked his record deal, recorded and released his beautiful debut album, Every Kingdom, and soon found his record propelling him into the UK Top 10. Every Kingdom has been such a success it will be released in the US in April, an album that was recorded in a

converted barn out in the Devonshire Countryside where Ben and his band currently live.

Growing up in Devon, and spending every summer at the family’s home in Ibiza, Ben surrounded himself with the richly textured music in his parents' record collection. “Van Morrison, John Martyn, Nick Drake, Richie Havens, Joni Mitchell, Simon and Garfunkel,” he says. “That’s what we’d listen to in the house and in the car wherever we were going.” It was these records that encouraged him to pick up a guitar, re-stringing his mum’s Spanish nylon acoustic as a young lad.

Ben has enjoyed a rapid rise to fame and his success continues to soar with sold out shows across the globe and a string of Festival dates this summer including Bonnaroo, Radio 1 Hackney Weekend, Latitude, T in the Park, V and Bestival. Fans at Ibiza Rocks, however, can enjoy Ben’s stunning live show in a more intimate sun kissed setting as he takes to the famous open air stage at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel on Wednesday 4th July.

Mika to headline I want my MTV Ibiza Friday 15th July 2011

Following two amazing weeks at Amnesia, I Want My MTV Ibiza confirmed Mika this morning as the special guest to headline week three on Friday. Bringing some of the biggest names in Electronic and Urban music to the Island this Summer I want my MTV Ibiza kicked off on 1st July with Snoop Dogg. The totally sold out gig caused quite a stir and launched the party season with a bang, followed by Kelis bringing the feminine touch to proceedings last week, as she performed to a happy, smiling crowd, that sparkled with celebrity faces, including Usher and Harvey from So Solid.
Brit winner and platinum selling artist Mika joins live acts Primal Scream, 2ManyDjs, Mark Ronson and the International, Ritchie Hawtin presents Plastikman, Robyn & Armand Van Heldens Duck Sauce project on the I Want My MTV Ibiza bill. Mika will be headlining event number three in a series of ten parties every Friday at the legendary super club Amnesia. KELIS achieved mainstream success in the late 90’s with her club track ‘Milkshake’. Since then she has gone on to win a glittering array of awards including several Brits and Grammy’s, has been a Global favorite for MTV viewers for over a decade and has worked with some of the greatest names in music. Not least NERD, DIPLO, CALVIN HARRIS, DAVID GUETTA, Ol DIRTY BASTARD, PHARRELL WILLIAMS, CEE LO GREEN, BENNY BENNASSI, DR DRE, BJORK and BASEMENT JAXX. Last year alone she collaborated with several of her fellow ‘I Want My MTV Ibiza’ headliners; releasing her album ‘Flesh Tone’ which made a marked transition into electronic dance music via WILL I AM’s label. She also undertook a global tour with ROBYN and appeared on the MARK RONSON produced track "The Man Who Stole a Leopard" from the 2010 DURAN DURAN release ‘All You Need Is Now’.

DUCK SAUCE is the newly formed duo of legendary producers and super DJ’s ARMAND VAN HELDEN and A-TRAK. Taking Miami Winter Music Conference by storm last year and hitting the top of the club charts worldwide, the guys are expected to have one of the biggest Ibiza tunes this Summer with their track ‘Barbara Streisland’.

The headline sets will be aired in the form of 2 x 1 hour specials called ‘I WANT MY MTV IBIZA’ on Saturday 6th August at 9pm and Saturday 9th September at 9pm on MTV UK’s premiere music channel; MTV MUSIC (#350) MTV DANCE (#353) incorporating must see live performances, artist interviews and exclusive backstage access. Cream Mallorca 2011 Line-Ups Announced

We are pleased to announce the return of Cream to Mallorca this summer for their exclusive residency at the island’s biggest club BCM.

This year the global clubbing brand have pulled together a squad of the world’s biggest electronic stars including David Guetta, Calvin Harris, Laidback Luke, Afrojack, Above & Beyond, Eric Prydz and Pete Tong for a series of exclusive dates over the summer season.
